Telekom USA is a system that enables the Telekom customer to purchase new and manage all existing services from his phone. It consists of Android and IOS appli- cations and a scalable backend solution that serve as a mediator between client applications and TIBCO middleware. Customers can pay their bills, manage subscriptions, purchase new packages to existing subscriptions, activate and deactivate trial periods for new TV channels, and so on. It also has a referral engine that gives the Telekom operators opportunity to create giveaways ( Example 1 GByte of surf or a week of access to selected film library ) to customers that recommend the app to friends.
